Qualifying stage (remotely) from July 01 to October 15, 2023. Project teams register on the competition website at the link gxp-academy.org/gxp-profi and in the participant's personal cabinet post anonymized (to ensure confidentiality, as well as unbiased peer review) project summaries (no more than 20 pages).

Consulting from July 01 to October 15, 2023. It is carried out on questions of organizational, content and information-technical character on the projects by the Academy employees.

Work of the Expert Commission of the competition from October 16 to October 27, 2023. Independent evaluation of the received projects is carried out. The results of the expertise will be published in the personal offices of the participants on November 14, 2023. Only the names of the companies that made it to the final round of the competition will be publicly available.

The final stage (hybrid format) will be held in November 2023. The project teams admitted to the final will make a presentation and defense of the project in person and/or via videoconference. Based on the results, the winners will be determined by the Expert Committee of the competition.

The awards ceremony will be held in early December 2023 at the official reception of pharmaceutical industry leaders with the presentation of honorary industry awards "GXP-Profi 2023" to company directors by the heads of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Team members who implemented the innovative project will receive GxP-Profi 2023 badges of honor and valuable gifts.
