Step 1. Registering a team

Project teams of pharmaceutical companies willing to take part in the international professional excellence awards GxP-Profi should apply here.

Step 2. Creating a user account

Once the application has been received and processed, an email is sent to the participant’s email address that has been indicated in the registration form. The email contains a link to the Academy’s website where a user account can be created.
The user account features detailed instructions, videos, templates and requirements for the team’s entry.
The user account can only be accessed with the password set by the participant. The Academy employees do not have access to the participants’ user accounts or passwords.

Step 3. Submitting the contest entry

The entry is submitted from the user account. Maximum file size is 1 Gb.

The uploaded file can only be accessed by the participant and an Academy employee who is responsible for processing the submissions and has signed a non-disclosure agreement. Participants do not have access to each other’s entries.
