The qualification round is conducted remotely from 1 July to 15 October 2023. Upon registration at gxp-academy.org/gxp-profi teams submit their project description not exceeding 20 pages from their user account. No identifying information is to be included on any entry submitted, in order to guarantee confidentiality and objectivity of expert judging.

Consultations are available from 1 July to 15 October 2023. The Academy employees can help with organizational, content and IT-related issues.

Submitted projects are reviewed by an independent expert committee from 16 to 27 October 2023. The results will be made available to the participants from their user account on 14 November 2023. Public announcements will only include the names of the companies that have made it to the finals.

The finals will be held as a hybrid event in November 2023, where the selected teams will present and discuss their projects on-site and/or via videoconferencing. The winners will be decided by the Expert Committee.

The award ceremony will take place in early December 2023 at an official meeting of industry leaders, where the heads of Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade will honor the winning companies’ directors.

The winning team members will be recognized for their innovative solution with the 2023 GxP-Profi award pins and special gifts.
