1. General provisions

1.1. The present Terms and Conditions (hereinafter T&C) shall apply to the creation and functions of the Expert Committee of the 2023 GxP-Profi awards (hereinafter the Expert Committee, and the Contest, respectively).

1.2. The Expert Committee is formed for reviewing and judging the Contest entries.

1.3. The Expert Committee features representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as leading pharmaceutical industry experts from Russia and other countries. The Expert Committee members shall be assigned by the Organizing Committee.

1.4. In order to guarantee confidentiality of the entries and objectivity of expert judging:

- the Expert Committee members shall sign a non-disclosure agreement that protects any information made available to them while handling the projects

- the Expert Committee members review the Contest entries each from their own user account which can only be accessed by its owner. Any contacts between the Expert Committee members shall not be permitted.

1.5. The Expert Committee shall perform its duties in stages, in line with the Contest rules.

In order to review the entries at each stage, the Expert Committee adopts the criteria and scoring system at the first meeting.

1.6. Each Expert Committee member shall create their user account where they shall find the T&C on the Expert Committee, the criteria for judging at various stages of the Contest, the scoring system, judging records, etc.

2.1. Judging the Contest entries in the qualification round.

2.1.1. The project descriptions that have entered the qualification round are reviewed by the Expert Committee from 16 to 27 October 2023.

2.1.2. The Organizing Committee shall upload the de-identified entries to the Expert Committee user accounts, each under an individual code number.

2.1.3. Based on the score that each project description has received in the qualification round, the expert makes a decision whether the entry shall be granted or denied admission to the finals. This decision shall be recorded in the online judging score sheet, which shall then be forwarded to the Organizing Committee.

2.1.4. The projects selected by the Expert Committee enter the final round of the Contest. in The results of the qualification round shall be confirmed in the minutes of the Expert Committee meeting no later than 13 November 2023.

2.1.5. Upon the receipt of the minutes of the Expert Committee meeting, the Organizing Committee shall re-identify the entries with the help of the individual code numbers.

2.1.6. No later than 14 November 2023, the list of the participants who have made it to the finals shall be published on the website of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Continuing Professional Education “The Eurasian Academy of Good Practices” along with the results of the qualification round, which shall also be shared with the participants via their user account.

2.2. Judging the Contest entries in the final round.

2.2.1. The final round of the Contest shall take place as a hybrid event in November 2023. In the final round, the teams present and discuss their projects on-site and/or via videoconferencing. The Organizing Committee shall ensure that the presentations and discussions are recorded

2.2.2. The score in points given to the entries by the Expert Committee shall be recorded in the minutes, which shall then be forwarded to the Organizing Committee.

2.2.3. The winners of the final round of the Contest shall be decided based on the number of points that each participant has received, which shall be the arithmetic mean of all the scores given by the members of the Expert Committee. The results of the finals shall be confirmed in the minutes of the Expert Committee meeting.
